DESCRIPTION
The S16W series generators are single-phase, brushless, highly reliable, maintenance-free generators with no moving collectors or contacts.
The S16W generators are built in conformity with the directives 2006/42, 2006/95, 2004/108 and its modifications, standards EN 60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000, N.F. 51.111.
The covers are die-cast in high-strength aluminium alloy, the shaft in C45 steel with fan coupled. The degree of protection is IP21. The insulations are class H and the coatings are impregnated with tropicalised epoxy resin.
Series production meets the essential safety requirements imposed by the European directive on electromagnetic compatibility; compliance with the latter is guaranteed by the application of European standards EN 61000-6-3, EN61000-6-1.
